AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CERTAIN ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Ordinances Repealed: That Ordinance Nos.
14., 17, 18, 19, 22, 4~+., 53, 59, 81, 95, 108, 117, 118, 138,
14.5, 160, 175, 194., 197, 237, 242, 24~., 303, 304., 4.14., 4.33,
448, 4.80, 530, 531, 590, 591, and 64.6 be and same are hereby
repealed.
Section 2. Emergency Clause. It being found and
determined by the City Council of West Memphis, Arkansas
that updating of the City Ordinances for codification purposes
is immediately needed and there are some ordinances out-of-date
which should be repealed, an emergency is hereby declared to
exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.-'
