AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL SECTIONS 3 AND 4.,
ORDINANCE 167, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:

Section 1. Sections 3 and L~. of Ordinance 167
of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas are hereby repealed.
Section 2. Emergency Clause. It being found and
determined by the City Council of the City of West Memphis,
Arkansas that updating of the City Ordinances for codification
purposes is immediately needed and there are parts of ordin-
ances out-of-date which should be repealed, an emergency is
hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval. `,
