A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2018 BUDGET FOR
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, William H. Johnson, the Mayor for the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, submitted
a proposed budget for the year 2018 to the City Council of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, on
December 111, 2017, according to § 14-58-201.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, finds that the
recommended 2018 Budget for the purpose of funding the allocations that was distributed to the City
Council on December 151, 2017 is appropriate and should be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS, approves the 2018 Budget for the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, as set out in the
attached exhibit, Exhibit A, and this resolution shall be in full force and effect beginning January 1st,
2018,
