AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE LOTS 1-A, 1-B AND 1-C IN
BLOCK 10, AVONDALE GARDENS SUBDIVISION IN THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS that the following described property:
Lots 1-A, 1-B and 1-C in Block 10 of Avondale Gardens
Subdivision in the City of West Memphis, Arkansas,
be and the same are hereby rezoned B-2, General Business District.
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
EMERGENCY CLAUSE:
This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure
necessary in the interest and for the promotion of the public interest,
convenience, and general welfare of the City of West Memphis and the
inhabitants thereof and for the continued growth and development of the
City and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage.
