AN ORDINANCE TO RE?ONE A TRACT OF LAND LYING IN THE
SEA NE's, the N~ SEA, the SW's SE's and the E'~ SW~
OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, RANGE 8 EAST
WHEREAS, application was made to the City Planning
Commission to rezone the hereinafter described property and
after notice having been published for the time and in the
manner as provided by Ordinance No. 715 the matter was heard
by the City Planning Commission and no persons appearing to
protest the same the Planning Commission recommended that said
application be granted: NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS , ARKANSt~.S :
SECTION I: That the following described property, to wit:
A tract of land lying in the SE's of the NE's, the N'~
of the SEA;, the SW's of the SE's and the E'~ of the SW's
of Section 14, Township 6 North, Range 8 East, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of Block 4 of
Westwood Acres Sixth Addition as shown by plat of
record in Plat Book 2 at page 469, run thence North
along the West line of said Block 4 to a point 170.06
feet South of the center line of Vanderbilt Avenue as
shown on said plat; thence West 902.12 feet; thence
along a curve that breaks to the left with a radius
643.19 feet a distance of 454.62 feet; thence North 40
degrees 30 minutes West a distance of 140 feet; thence
South 49 degrees 30 minutes West a distance of 1035
feet; thence North 40 degrees 30 minutes West a distance

be and same is hereby rezoned RS-7.5, Single-Family Residence
District.
SECTION II: A11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
publication as provided by law.
