ORDINANCE NO. 51~
AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH COMPENSATION FOR THE
CITY ATTORNEY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1: That the compensation of the City Attorney shall
be the sum of Four Hundred and no/100 (S400.00) Dollars per month.
Section 2•

Section 3
All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
EMERGENCY CLAUSE. It being determined that this
Ordinance is necessary for said compensation to be included in the
budget for 1967, therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist
and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and approval.
