3. One thousand dollars ($1,000.00 for the fourth and any subsequent offenses
of the same violation that occur w'thin twelve (12) months of prior offenses.

SEC7:ION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to 6.f extent of any such conflict.
