AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE A 609.92 ACRE TRACT OF LAND IN THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS,LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1351-1983 N.AIRPORT ROAD FROM I-1,
LIMITED IKDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TO(PUD)PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT WITH
INDUSTRIAL USES.
WHEREAS, application was made to the City Planning Commission to rezone the hereinafter
described property,and after notice having been published for the time and in the manner as provided by
Ordinance No. 1988,as amended,the matter was heard by the City Planning Commission on Wednesday,
May 30,2018, and the Planning Commission recommended to approve the application to rezone the
following pro)erty from I-1,Limited Industrial District to(PUD)Planned Unit Development with
Industrial Use s and the City Council finds that such application should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST MEN THIS,ARKANSAS:
SECTION I: That the following described property located in the City of West Memphis,
Crittenden County,Arkansas,to wit:

Legal: A 600 92 acre tract of land lying in Sections 2 and 3,Township Six North(T-6-N),Range Eight
East(R-8-E), Crittenden County,Arkansas and being more particularly described as:
