AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPKRTY IN
HULBERT HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, A RKA NSA S
WHEREAS, Ray-Don Bildors, a partnership, has petitioned the West
Memphis City Planning Commission to rezone the hereinafter described
property; and
WHEREAS, notice was duly published on February 10, 1970, as pro-
vided by law, of a hearing to be held before the West Memphis City Planning
Commission at 3:30 p. m. on February 25, 1970, for the purpose of hearing
any interested parties in connection with the rezoning of said lands; and
WHEREAS, at said meeting on February 25, 1970, said petition was
considered by the Planning Commission and, no persons appearing to protest
the same, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council that
said petition be granted: NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS:
SECTION I: That the following described property, to wit:
Lots 30, 31, 32, 33, 42, _43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49,
58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 74, 75, 76, 77 and
the South 100 feet of Lots 78, 79, 80 and 81 of the
Hulbert Heights Subdivision in the City of West Mem-
phis, Arkansas, to gether with those portions of 6th
and 7th Streets lying within the area and which have
been closed, less and except the south 34. 9 feet of
Lots 46, 47, 48 and 49,
be and the same is hereby rezoned RS-5, Single Family Residence
District.
SECTION II: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
