A RESOLUTION APPROVING ONE TWELFTH (1/12) OF THE 2019 BUDGET FOR
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS,AND FOR OTH�R PURPOSES.
WHEREAS,William H.Johnson,the Mayor for the City of West Memphis,Arkansas, submitted
a proposed budget for the year 2019 to the City Council of the City of West Memphis,Arkansas, before
December 1St, 2018, according to§ 14-58-201.
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of West Memphis,Arkansas, finds that one twelfth of
the recommended 2019 Budget for the purpose of funding the allocations that was distributed to the
City Council on December 1", 2018,for the month of January, 2019, is appropriate and should be
approved;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS, approves one twelfth of the 2019 Budget for the City of West Memphis,Arkansas, and this
resolution shall be in full force and effect beginning January 111, 2019.
