A RESOLUTION APPROVING ONE TWELFTH (1/12) OF THE 2018 BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS,AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, WILLIAM H.Johnson, the Mayor for the City of West Memphis,Arkansas,
submitted a proposed budget for the year 2019 to the City Council of the City of West Memphis,
Arkansas, before December 1't, 2018, according to 14-58-201.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Memphis,Arkansas, finds that one twelfth of
the approved & amended 2018 Budget for the purpose of funding the allocations that were distributed
to the City Council on December is`, 2017, for the month of January, 2019 is appropriate and should be
approved;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS, approved one twelfth of the 2018 Budget for the City of West Memphis,Arkansas, and this
resolution shall be in full force and effect beginning January V, 2019.
