AN ~DINANCE INCORPORATING A PART OF TAE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF TAE SOUTH-
WEST QUARTER OF SECTION TWELVES TOWNSHIP SIX NORTH RANGE EIGHT EAST,
CRTTTENDEN COUNTY, ARKANSAS, BEING THE LANDS LYING SOUTH OF BARYON
AVENUES EAST OF RICH ROAD, WEST OF LEHR STREET AND NORTH OF ROOSEVELT
AVENUE EXTENDED.
W$EREAS, on the 20th day of February, 1956, the County Court of
Crittenden County, Arkansas, made an Order annexing said lands therein
described to the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, pursuant to petition of
Guaranty Loan and Real Estate Company and Associated Realty Compar{y, and
WHEREAS, the signers of said petition constftiated all of the owners
in the affected area and all of the owners of the lands in said area, and
WHEREAS, it would be to the best interest of the City of West Memphis
and the citizens thereof that said property be incorporated into and
become a part of the City of hest Memphis, Crittenden County, Arkansas,
now, therefore
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
CRITTENDEN COtJNR7C, ARKANSAS
SECTION I. That the following lands to-wit:
That part of the Northwest Quuarter (NWT) of the South-
west Quarter (SW4) of Section Twelve (12), Township Six
(6) North, Range Eight (8) East, particularly described
as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of
the South line of Barton Avenue, extended, with the East
line of Rich Road which runs along the West line of
Section Twelve (12), and run thence East along the South
line of Barton Avenue, extended, 1,230 Feet; thence
South along the West line of Lehr Street and parallel to
Rich Road 318.5 Feet; thence West along the North line of
Roosevelt Street, extended, 1,230.45 feet to the point
in the East line of said Rich Road which is 352 Feet
South of the point of beginning; thence North along the
East line of Rieh Road 352 Feet to the point of beginning.

Memphis, Crittenden County, Arkansas.
SECTION II. That said lands have been surveyed, subdivided and laid
out into One Block consisting of Ten Lots, numbered 1 to 10, both inclusive,
which-said lands comprise the North Half of said Block, the South Half not
being subdivided, and henceforth shall be known and designated as Lehr
Addition to the City of West Memphis.

SECTION III. The streets, drives and/or avenues as shown on said
plat as dedicated to the public for its use and benefit forever are hereby
accepted on the part of the City of West Memphis.
