100 and 301, be, and they are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. E~"v1bRGENCY CLAUSE - It being determined that

be repealed and this Ordinance beinG necessary for the immed-
iate preservation of public peace, health and safety of th¢

to exist, and tl;is Ordinance shall be in full force after
its passage and approval.
