A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2019 BUDGET FOR THE CITY
OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, ANDS FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Marco McClendon, the Mayor for the City of West Memphis, submitted a
proposed budget for the year 2019 to the City Council of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas,
before December 1s1, 2018, according to § 14-58-201.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, finds that the
recommended 2019 Budget that was distributed to the City Council on December 1St, 2018, is
appropriate and should be approved.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, approves the 2019 Budget, for the City of West Memphis, Arkansas,
and this resolution shall be in full force and effect beginning January 11t, 2019.
