ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORD IN~ICE NOS. 300 AND 301 OF THE C 1 TY OF
WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, PASSED SID APPRUVED ON APRIL 3, 1955
AND APRIL 19, 1955, RESPECTIVELY.
BE I T ORDAINED BY THE C I TY COUNC I L, OF THE C I TY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS:
SECTic.~l I. ORDINANCES REPEALED; That Ordinance No. 300
and Ordinance N o. 301, be, and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. EMERGENCY CLAUSE: It being determined that
th¢se Ordinances abov¢ referred to, of the City of West Memphis
should be repeated and this Ordinance being necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public peach, health and the
safety of the citizens of West Memphis, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force and effect from and after its passage end approval.
