BE ZT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS:
SECTION l: REVISION OF LOTS 23-35, BOTH INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 7, LOTS 5-18,
BOTH INCLUSIVE, ANZi LOTS 2~+-36, BOTH INCLUSIVE, BLOCK 8, AVALON HEIQHTS
EXTENSION.
That the original plat of Lots 23-35, both inclusive, Block 7, Lots
5-18, both inclusive, and Lots 2k-36, both inclusive, Block 8, Avalon Heights
Extension to the City of West Memphis, be revised as shown on plat prepared
by Robert E. Ho~rell, Civil Engineer, on January 6, 1959•
SECTION 2: EMERGENCY CLAUSE: Tt appearing to the City Council that
said lots are in the process of being developed; that water, lights and
sewerage facilities have been installed; that houses are in varying degrees
of construction thereon, and this ordinance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health, safety, welfare and future develop-
m~ent of the City of West Memphis, an emergency is declared to exist, and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage and approval.
