AN ORDINANCE TO ESTABLISH COMPENSATION OF THE CITY
ATTORNEY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the compensation of the City Attorney
be the sum of Three Hundred Seventy-five and No/100ths Dollars
(5375.00) per month.
SECTION 2. It being determined that this Ordinance is
necessary for said compensation to be included in the budget for
1963; therefore, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
peace, health and safety, said ordinance shall be in full force
and effect upon its passage and approval.
