OF REST ME6dPHIS, ARKANSAS RHEREAS, on February 5th, 1951, the County Court of Critten- den County, Arkansas, made an Order ar3nezing certain lands therein. described to the City of West Memphis pursuant to Petition by Mrs• J. EgERGENCY CLAUSE It appearing t0 the City Council that the above described lands are contiguous and adjacent to the City of Niest Remphis; that said lands are being subdivided and sold for residential and other purposes; that it is necessary that this Ordinance be passed and said lands be incorporated into the City of hest Memphis so that proper zoning ordinances may b® passed and construction regulated and supervised, an emergency is declared t® saint sad this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
