A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE AND ADOPT A TEMPORARY
BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS,the City of West Memphis,Arkansas resolves to adopt a temporary budget for the
City of West Memphis,Arkansas: and
WHEREAS,the Budget Committee of the City of West Memphis,Arkansas, recommends this
resolution for the purpose of allowing the City of West Memphis,Arkansas,to operate under the 2019
Budget, as amended, until a budget'can be reviewed and adopted by City Council of the City of West
Memphis,Arkansas,for the year 2020.-
NOW,THEREFORE,-BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS,THAT:
SECTION 1.The City Council of the City of West Memphis,Arkansas, hereby resolves to operate
under the 2019 budget,as amended, until a budget can be reviewed and adopted for the year 2020.
