AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR THE
PROPERTY LOCATED ON BILL'S GRILL RD.,PERMITTING A
COMMUCATIONS TOWER IN A C-2 OPEN DISPLAY COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Planning Commission, on
October 30, 2019, for a Special Use Permit allowing a Communications Tower, in a C-2,
Open Display Commercial District, as required by Ordinance No. 1988, as amended.
WHEREAS, after notice had been published for the time and in the manner as
provided by Ordinance No. 1988, as amended, the matter was heard by the City Planning
Commission on Wednesday, October 30, 2019, and the Planning Commission
recommended approval of a Special Use Permit for a Communications Tower on Bill's
Grill Rd., located in a C-2, Open Display Commercial District, with the following
criteria:
1. In accordance with the attached Site Plan.
2. Federal Aviation Administration approval of the height of the tower
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The following described property, to wit:
NE1/4 SEI/4 LESS W 60' E210'N65' UNRECORDED PLAT RED BOOK
West Memphis, Arkansas
and the same hereby is granted a Special Use Permit for a Communications
Tower on Bill's Grill Rd., located in a C-2, Open Display Commercial District„ with the
following criteria:
1. In accordance with the attached Site Plan.
2. Federal Aviation Administration approval of the height of the tower
SECTION 11: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
