THE 2020 BUDGET FOR
THE CITY OFWE T MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS,ANDAMENDMENT OFOR OTHER PURPOSES-
WHEREAS,
URPO ES.WHEREAS,the City Administration has recommended that the 2020 Budget for the
City of West Memphis,Arkansas,be amended to reclassify the position of Building Inspector
accordance with Exhibit"A"which is attached to this Resolution: and
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas,finds that the
recommended budget amendment is appropriate and should be approved;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS,THAT the 2020 Budget for the City of West
Memphis,Arkansas, is hereby amended
to reclassify the position of Building Inspector accordance with Exhibit"A" which is
attached to this Resolution and shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
