AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 165 PASSItiS AND APPROVED ON THE 21st
DAY OF APRIL, 1949.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No• 165 passed and approved on the 21st
day of April, 1949, zoned the area between Polk Street and the .City Limits
on the South Redding Street on the East and the City Limits on the West,
partly as "C" Mtil.tiple Family Residence District and paxt],q as "E" Business
District, and
WF~Rd!~S, it is the desire of the owners of said property that
it be rezoned to an "A" Single Fami],y' Residence District,
