AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CERTAIN ORDINANCES ~' THE CITY OF WEST N~'IPHIS,
ARKANSAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS:
SECTION 1 - Ordinances Repealed: That Ordinance Nos. 1, 2, ,3,
4, 5, 6, X, 8, 9, 10., 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, 28, 29~,
30, 31, 32,,33, 34, 34A, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 43, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51,
52, 54, 55, 58, 60, 61, 62, 63, 65, 66, 67, 68,. 69, 71, 73, 74, ?5, '~,
80, 83, 84, 87, 89, 91, 92, 93, 94, 96, 97, 109, 111, 113, 114, 120, 122,
128,, 129, 131, 132, 133, 135, 136, 140, 143, 7-44, 149,. 150, 152, 153, 1.55,
156,- 158, 159, 162, 163, 166, 172 and 195 be and the same are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2 - Emergency Clause: It being determined that certain
Ordinances of the City of West Memphis are obsolete and should be re-
pealed and this Ordinance being necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public peace, health and safety of the citizens of West Memphis,
an emergency is dec]ared to exist and this Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
