AN C~,DINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 35 of THE CITY OF WEST MII~II'HIS,
ARKANSAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY QF WEST MP~'IPHIS:
SECTION 1 -Ordinance Repealed: That Ordinance No. 35 be and
the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2 -Emergency Clause: It being determined that this
ordinance of the City of West Memphis is obsolete and should be re-
pealed and this Ordinance being necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public peace, health and safety of the citizens of West Memphis,
an emergency is declared to exist and this Ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
