BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS:
SECTION 1 -Removal Froan Fire Zone: That Block Eight (S) of
the Eugene: Woods Subdivision to the City of West Memphis be removed
frcm~ the restricted fire zone.
SECTION 2 -Emergency Clauses It being determined that this

Ordinance is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
peace, health and safety of the Citizens of West Memphis, an emergency
is declared to exist and this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from aad after its passage and approval.
