BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST NIENiPHIS, ARKANSAS,
That:
SECTION 1 -BOUNDARIES OF THE DISTRICT: That the area

Limits prior to the passage and approval of Ordinance No. 205
to the paresent eastern City Limits be classified as nDa Commercial as
provided by Ordinance No. l65 as amended and that the provisions of
Ordinance No. 165 app],y to the area herein zoned ixi so far as the
provisions of said ordinance are applicable.
SECTION 2 -EMERGENCY CLAUSE: It being determined that the
area herein zoned and classified is on this date unzoned and unclassi-
fied, anti this ordinance being nec~arp to properly zone and classify
said area, it is determined that an emergency exists and this ordinance
shall.. be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
