AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT IN ACV, CONSERVATION
DISTRICT, LOCATED IN THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS EXTRATERRITORIAL
ZONING JURISDICTION BOUNDARY, TO ALLOW AN ADULT CARE FACILITY,
AT 283 HINKLEY ROAD, CRITTENDEN COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Planning Commission
requesting a Special Use Permit to allow an adult care facility in a CV, Conservation
District, as required by Ordinance 1988.
WHEREAS, after notice has been published for the time and in the manner as
provided by Ordinance No. 1988, the matter was heard by the City Planning
Commission, on January 30, 2002 and the Planning Commission recommended that a
Special Use Permit be granted to allow an adult care facility in a CV Conservation District,
with the following conditions:
1. Design Review Commission approval of the site plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That the following described property, to wit:
283 Hinkley Road
Mack Subdivision
be, and the same hereby is granted a Special Use Permit, allowing an adult care facility in a
CV, Conservation District, with the following conditions:
1. Design Review Commission approval of the site plan.
SECTION II: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
