AN ORDID1ArdCE REZONING 1rI~~ OF W~ LOT 5, BLOCK 7, COMPRESS SUBDIVISION,
TO THE CITY OF WEST N;s~PHIS, ARKAl`dSAS, AS A "B" T4~TC-FAMILY RESIDENCE
DISTRICT.
,±.REAS, on the 11.tth day of January, 195l~, the Planning Commission
met for the purpose of determining in what c7_assification the lands
hereinafter described should be rezoned, and after hearing all interested
persons, and from all information, and all other things before the
Planning Commission, it was the finding of the Planning Commission that
said lands should be rezoned as "B" Two Family Residence District, and
SIHEREAS, Notice was duly published on.the 22nd day of January, 1954,
that a hearing would be held before the City Courri.l at 7:30 P.M. on Tuesday,
February 16, 1954, for the purpose of hearing all interested parties in
connection with the rezoning of the lands hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, at said meeting the owner of said land appeared and requested
that the same be rezoned as a "B" Two-Family Residence District, and
WHEREAS, no persons appeared torrotest against rezoningr said lands as
"B" Two-Family P~esidence District, the Council finds that said lands should
be rezoned as a "B" Two-Family Residence District, now
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCII, OF THE CITY OF W~;ST N.T;MPHIS
SECTIOPd 1. "B" TWO-FANITLY FtESID~ICL DISTRICT:
That the fo]_lowing lands, to wit:

Subdivision to the City of West T~~emphi s,
Arkansas
be and the same is hereby zoned as "B" Two-Family Residence District.
SECTION II. OFtD1NANCES IN CONFLICT HEFiEtrJITH REPEALED:
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
axe hereby repealed.

,~ This ordinance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, it shall be in
