AN ORDIlVANCE REZONING LOTS 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, AND 8 CF BLOCK 5, ~ITGENE WOODS
SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF WEST MP,MPHIS, AP,KANSAS, AS AN "E" BUSINESS DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, on the 17th day of December, 1953, the Planning Commission met

for the purpose of determining in what classification the lands hereinafter
described should be rezoned, and after hearing the owner of said lands, all
other interested persons, and from a17. information, and all other things
before the Planning Commission, it was the finding of the Planning Commission
that said lands should be rezoned as "E" Business District, and
WHEREAS, Notice was duly published on the lst day of January, 195.,
that a hearing would be held before the City Council at 7:30 P.M. on Tuesday,
January 19, 195l~, for the purpose of hearing all interested parties in
connection with the rezoning of the lands hereinafter described, and
WHEREAS, at said meeting the owner of said land appeared and requested
that the same be rezoned as a "E" Business District, and
WHEREAS, no persons appeared to protest against rezoning said lands as

a "E" Business District, and after hear~~.g the owner and other interested
persons, the Council finds that said lands should be rezoned as a "E"
Business District, now
BE IT ORDAINED BY TI-~ CITY COUPtCII, OF TIC CITY OF WEST N~~NIPHIS:
SECTION T. "E" BUSINESS DISTRICT:
That the following lands, to-trit:
Lots 1, 2 ~ 3 , ~~, 7, and 8, Bloc:: 5,
Lugene Woods Subdivision to the
City of West Memphis, Arl=_ansas
be and the same are hereby zoned as "E" Business District.
SECTION I2. ORDINANCES IN CONFI.~ICT I~t~P,,EWITH REPEAI~~D:
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
