AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 2620F THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, PASSED AND APPROVED, SEPTEMBER 5th, 1953•
Be it ordained by the City Council, of the City of West Memphis,
SECTION 1. Ordinance repealed; That Ordinance No. 262 be and
the same is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. Emergency Clause; It being determined that this
Ordinance of the City of West Memphis should be repealed and
this Ordinance being necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public peace, health and safety of the citizens of West
Memphis, the emergency is declared to exist, and this Ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
