A RESOLUTION AUTHORI"LING TORI PERRY,AS CITY ACCOUNTANT, TO
HANDLE DAY TO DAY TRANSACTIONS AND APPROVING TORI PERRY,AS
CITY ACCOUNTANT, AND KENNETH JOHNSON,AS PURCHASING AGENT,
TO BE AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES ON ANY INDEBTEDNESS APPROVED
BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS IN THE
ABSENCE OF THE FINANCE DIRECTOR.
WHEREAS, in the absence of the Finance Director, the City of West Memphis is in need
of authorizing an additional person to handle day to day transactions and additional persons to be
authorized signatories on any indebtedness approved by the City Council for the City of West
Memphis; and
WHEREAS,Tori Perry is employed by the City of West Memphis as the City
Accountant and is knowledgeable of the day to day transactions and any indebtedness approved
by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, Kenneth Johnson is employed by the City of West Memphis as the
Purchasing Agent and is knowledgeable about any indebtedness approved by the City Council;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS,THAT:
SECTION 1. Tori Perry, as City Accountant, is authorized to handle day to day
transactions and is approved to be an authorized signatory on anv indebtedness approved by the
City Council for the City of West Memphis in the absence of the Finance Director,
SECTION 2. Kenneth Johnson, as Purchasing Agent, is approved to be an authorized
signatory on any indebtedness approved by the City Council for the City of West Memphis in the
absence of the Finance Director.
