AN ~DINANCE ZOAT]:NG AVALON HEIGHTS ADDITION
WHEREAS, plat has been filed shaving the lots, streets, alleys and
easements of Avalon Heights Addition, and
WHEREAS, Bill of Assurance has been filed and approved by the
Planriis~g Coimnission of the City of West Menphis, wherein said subdivision
was designated as a Class A Single Family Residence District, and
WHEREAS, the owner and developer desires said land to be zoned as a
single family residence district.
NCW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of the City of
West Memphis
I. That blocks one (l) to ten (10), both inclusive, Avalon Heights
Addition to the City of West Memphis be and they are hereby Zoned as a
single family residence district. ~ '
