TO THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, CRITTENDEN COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
WfiEREl~S, an the 30th day of September, 195 the County Court of
Crittenden County, Arkansas, made an Order annexing certain lands therein
described to the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, pursuant to Petition of
Jack W. Rich, Guaranty Loan and Real Estate Company and Burrell B. Fair,
and
WHEREAS, the signers of said Petition not only constitute a ma3ority
of the owners in the affected area, but also constitute all of the owners
of all of the ].ands in the affected area, and
WHERE',AS, it xould be to the best interests of the City of West Memphis
and the citizens thereof that said property be incorporated into and become
a part of the City of West Memphis, Crittenden County, Arkansas, nox,
therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEIKPHIS,
CRITTENDEN COUNTY, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I: That the following lands, to-wit:
TRACT ONE: The West Half (W~) of the Northwest Quarter
o~``~ection Twelve (].2), Township Six (6) North,
Range Eight (8) East, North and West of the center of
Ten-Mile Bayou.
TRACT TWO: All of Block A, including Lot 22, of the Henry
ra motion as reflected by Plat of record in Plat Book
1 at page lll~ in the Office of the Clerk and Ex-0fficio
Recorder within and for Crittenden County, Arkansas, said
lands lying and being situated in the Southwest Quarter
(SW4) of Section Twelve (12), Township Six (6) North, Range
Eight (8) East.

TRACT TARES: Be~inning at the Southeast Corner of the North-
east va er (NE4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section
Eight (8), Township Six (6) North, Range Nine (9) Est; thence
North on line between Sections 8 and 9 to the North Right-of-
way line of II. S. Aighway No. 61; thence in a Northwesterly
direction along the North line cf said U. S. Highway No. 61 to
its intersection with the center line of Ten~+iile Bayou, the
present Eastern City Limits of the City of West Memphis;
thence South along the center of Ten Mile Bayou, the present
Eastern City Limits of the City of West Memphis, to its
intersection with the South line of the Northeast Quarter
(NE4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of said Section Eight (8);
thence East along the South line c~ said Northeast Quarter
(NE4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section Eight (8),
Township Sia (6) North, Range Nine (9) East to the point of
beginning, all located in Crittenden County, Arkansas.
