ADDITION OF THE FULLO'~~':`INC' IPJ~~~IEDiATELY AFTER SECTION 3, AND
TO BE KNO'~`;~(`J AS SECTION 3A of SAID ORDINAf~JCE.
No permit shall be issued to any licensed plumbing
contractor unless such licensed plumbing contractor shall
have and maintain an established place of business within
the city limits of ~;~lest P.lemphis, Arkansas, and have displayed
in a prominent location his business name. He shall be
required to maintain a telephone. v
