in regular session assembled:
That the zoaing ordinances of the City of West ldemphis are
hereby amaffied to real as follows:
That the North Ralf (N~) oP Block Sewn. (?) in the
$ugene Roods Subdivision to the City of hest Memphis, Crittenden
County, Arkansas, is hereby reolassif ied and rezoned to change
the same free residential purposes to commercial purposes.
an emergency is hereby declared to exist and it being
necessary for the immediate preservation oP the public peace,
health, and safety, this ordinance shall take effect and have
full force and effect immediately upon its psasage and apprc~al.
passed and approved this 4th day of December, 1945.
