BE IT ORDAINBD BY THS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
IN REGULAR SESSION ASSE~IED:
That the zoniag ordinances of the City of hest Memphis are
hereby amended to read as folloars:
The South Half (S+~r) of Block Seven (7) of the Eugene
Woods Subdivision to the City of West Memphis,
Crittenden County, Arkansas,
All. that Block in the M. P. Haorsley Subdivision to
the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, bounded by Polk
Street on the North, let Street on the Bast, Harrison
Street on the South and Wood Street on the West,
All that Block in the Eugene woods Subdivision to
the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, bounded by Polk
Street on the North, Woods. Street cn the East,
Harrison Street on the South end Rhodes Street on
the West,
that the above and foregoing property is hereby reclassified and rezoned to
change the sauna from residential property to camunercisl property.
An emlergency is hereby declared to exist and it being necessary
for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety, this
ordinance shall taloa effect and have full force and effect immediately upon
its passage and approval.
