BE I.T ORDAINE'D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~~IEST MEMPHIS
ARKANSAS:
S:edtion 1 - That Ordinance No. 152 passed and
approved on the 21st day of April, 194$, be and the same is,
hereby repealed.
Section 2 - This Ordinance being necessary for
~.
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety
of the citizens of yJest Memphis, an emergency is declared to
exist, and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
