2237 RESOLUTION NO. 2237
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION OF THE PUBLIC
WORKS COORDINATOR POSITION WITHIN THE PUBLIC WORKS
DEPARTMENT OF CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. CREATION OF THE PUBLIC WORKS COORDINATOR
POSITION. There is hereby created and established a Public Works Coordinator Position
of the City of West Memphis, which, shallereafter be known as a division of the Public
Works Department and which Department shall be under the management and
supervision of the Public Works Director of the City of West Memphis, who shall be
appointed by the Mayor.
SECTION 2. DUTIES OF THE PUBLIC WORKS COORDINATOR POSITION.
The Public Works Department will be subject to the City's Personnel Manual, as the Public
Works Director will advise administrative duties as assigned.
