I + ~ ~ i Page 16 ~~~CTION 18 There is hereby adopted a Mayor Street ~lan ~r w ii~eh ie included in this Ordinance and made a part hereof, and when said Mayor Street Plan is duly authenticated, it shall b$ subject to being recorded in the Circuit Clerks Office of Crittenden County, Arkansas, and said map is hereby adopted as the Mayor Street Plan of the City of West Memphis and the vicinity and is included in this Ordinance and identified as Ma,~or Street Plan and further identif ied as being Plate:. No. 3. ~'' There is also adopted and made a part of this Ordinance a Ma,~or Street Plan Inside the City, and when authenticated by City Clerk will be subject to being recorded in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Crittenden County, Arkansas. Both these maps referred to in this section are made a part of this Ordinance by ref erence thereto and are incorporated herein and said Ma,~or Street Plan Inside City is further identi- f ied as Plate No. 4.
