RESOLUTION NO
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE CREATION OF THE GRASS MAINTENANCE AND BUILDING
DEMOLITION DEPARTMENT WITHIN THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEPHIS CREATES A GRASS MAINTENANCE AND
BUILDING DEMOLITION DEPARTMENT WITHIN PUBLIC WORKS
SEECTION 1. CREATION OF THE GRASS MAINTENANCE AND BUILDING DEMOLITION
DEPARTMENT.This hereby creates and establishes the Grass Maintenance and Building
Demolition Department of the City of West Memphis, which shall hereinafter be known as a
division of the Public Works Department and which the Department shall be under the
management and supervision of the Public Works Director of the City of West Memphis, who
shall be appointed by the Mayor.
SECTION 2. DUTIES OF THE GRASS MAINTENANCE AND BUILDING DEMOLITION
DEPARTMENT. The Grass Maintenance and Building Demolition Department will be within
accordance to the City's Personnel Manuel, as the Public Works Director and will advise
administrative duties as assigned.
