or stations at the~.r awn expense, at designated places within
the City, for tx~.e purpose of taking on and. discharging passengers.
The said depots sir stations shall ~>e provided ~rrit~-yin thirty days
after the oass.age of this. ordinance.
Section 2: That pubJ_ic ruse: operating in and out of
this pity Yee and. they are hereby prohibited from stopping on the
streets of the city or using t'ne streets of the City for the
purpose of taking on or disc~?argin passengers, except ~~t the
depots or stations to be provided. by the individuals, companies
or corporations carrying on s~.:~ch business, at certain designated
places.
Section 3: 'T'hat befox°e the depots or stations, herein
provi~~ed for s:r:a1.1 ~~e located, tre ~~ity ;~n`;ineer must be notified
of the desired locations, and it s'~all then be hiN duty to inspect
said locations, hdvin~; reference to fire riazard.s, street traffic
and street cone:;estion, and ':~efore issuin-; r~Ermits tr-erefor, si~_all
report back to the council his recorA~r-enc~_ati.ons concerning the
locations.
Section 4: any person fir?r. or corporat:;-on violating
any provision of tb~.s orc`~_inance shall be fined upon conv-i coon in
any su~-~ ~zot less than `I'vyenty ~r~'i~e (!25.00) .Dollars and. not more
than One ?~:undred (~`=:100.00) dollars.
Section 5: ~~hereas, it is found that busses are
