ASSOCIATIONS AND/OR CORPORATIONS ENGAGING IN OR CARRYING ON OR FOLLOWING
CERTAIN TRADES, BUSINESSES, PROFESSIONS, VOCATIONS AND/OR CALLINGS ~IITHIN
THE CORPORATE LI~LITS OF THE CITY OF YJEST APHIS AND TO AMEND. ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREIirITH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST ~~lPHIS,

SECTION 1 - That the following portion:
pressing, Dry Cleaning and/or Laundering Plant X200.00
Pressing, Dry Cleaning and/or laundering Lutes,
Linen Supply Companies or Diaper Service or
SuPP~.Y Company $200.00
of Section -1. of Ordinance No. 175 passed and approved on December 20, 19.9,
be and the same is hereby repealed.
That there be substituted therefor the following;
Combination cleaning, pressing, laundry and/or
routes X200.00
Combination cleaning and pressing shop 100.00
Combination laundry rental service and/or route 100.00
SECTION 2 -All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and/or amended as set forth herein.
SECTION 3 -This Ordinance being necessary for the immediate

preservation of the public peace, health and safety and an emergency is
declared to exist and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and. after its passage and approval,
