ORDINANCE N0. _~~'~..,
WHEREAS, the Itiyndonville Savings Bank & Trust Compar~y, the
then owner of the lands hereinafter described, did on the 11th day of
July, 1936, file its Bill of Assurance as shown by Deed Record "159" at
page 1105 in the records of the Office of the Circuit Clerk within and for
Crittenden County, Arkansas, and as amended and extended on January 31,
19l~6, as shown by Deed Record tt190" at page ltbl in the records aforesaid
and did on the 5th day of August, 1936, file for record a plat of said
lands as shown by plat of record in Plat Book 1 at page 70 in the records
aforesaid, establishing certain building lines and particularly in
Block "G" of said Iyndon Addition, and
WHEREAS, said lands now belong to Guaranty Loan And Real Estate
Company, said Guaranty Loan And Real Estate Company having made application
for the removal of the building line in said Block "G", and
It further appearing that all of said Block "G" is unimproved

and that the removal of said building line would not interfere with the
utility of said street abutting, now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMi'HTS:
SECTION 1. That the building line set forth in Block "G" of
Iyndan Addition to the City of West Memphis, as shown by plat found of
record in plat Book 1 at page 70 in the Office of the Circuit Clerk within
and for Crittenden County, Arkansas, be, and the same is, hereby vacated,
abandoned and removed.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety of the citizens of West
Memphis, an emergency is declared to exist, and this Ordinance shall be in
fall force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
