AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE PERSONNEL MANUAL OF THE CITY OF
WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, TO ADD SECTION 2:12 EXIT INTERVIEWS,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of West Memphis desires to amend the
Personnel Manual of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, for the purpose of adding Section
2:12, Exit Interviews;
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 2:12 of the Personnel Manual of the City of West Memphis shall
read follows:
2:12 EXIT INTERVIEWS
Employees whose employment has terminated may be requested to participate in an exit
interview and sign an exit interview form at the time of termination. During the
interview, matters of final pay and benefits will be discussed, and the employee will be
required to return any city property in the employee's possession of which was entrusted
to him/her.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of any such conflict.
