AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT IN A I-1, LIMITED
~` INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, TO ALLOW AN IN GROUND STORAGE FACILITY FOR:
EVENT RESTROOMS; GREASE TRAPS; SEPTIC SERVICE; AND PORTABLE
RESTROOMS, AT 724 WOODS STREET, WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Planning Commission
requesting a Special Use Permit to allow an in ground storage facility for: event restrooms;
grease traps; septic service; and portable restrooms, in a I-1, Limited Industrial District, as
required by Ordinance 1988.
WHEREAS, after notice has been published for the time and in the manner as
provided by Ordinance No. 1988, the matter was heard by the City Planning
Commission, on August 28, 2002 and the Planning Commission recommended that a
Special Use Permit be granted to allow an in ground storage facility for: event restrooms;
grease traps; septic service; and portable restrooms, in a I-1, Limited Industrial District,
with the following conditions:
1. Comply with all State of Arkansas Health Department regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That the following described property, to wit:
724 Woods Street
A parcel lying in T-12-S, R-10-E, 5-10, City of West Memphis,
Crittenden County Arkansas.
be, and the same hereby is granted a Special Use Permit, allowing an in ground storage
facility for: event restrooms; grease traps; septic service; and portable restrooms, in a I-1,
Limited Industrial District, with the following conditions:
1. Comply with all State of Arkansas Health Department regulations.

SECTION II: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
