MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS,
HELD AT THE CITY HALL IN SAID CITY ON THE 14TH DAY OF JULY, 1966.
The City Council of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, met in a regular session
at its regular meeting place in :°lest Memphis, Arkansas, at 3:00 o'clock P.B1. on the
14th day of July, 1966. The following were present: Alderman 0. I. Bollinger, and
City Attorney W. H. Dillahunty.
Absent: 1`ayor Bob Eden, Aldermen: Franklin Bassett, R. C. Bowie, Earl Felts,
Kirby Leggett, Paul P4atthews, C. H. Rowton, and F. C. Weis.
?Jo other Aldermen appearing, Alderman 0. I. Bollinger assumed the position of
Mayor Pro Tem.
Plinutes of Council Meeting~on July 7, 1966, were approved as read.
Mayor Pro Tem Bollinger announced for lack of a quorum, the meeting was adjourned.
