AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL JUSE PERMIT FOR 312 SHADY
GROVE, PERMITTING A GREENHOUSE IN A R-2 LOW DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT. 4

WHEREAS, application has been made'to the City Planning Commission, on,
January 27, 2021, for a Special Use Permit allowing a Greenhouse in R-2 Low Density
Residential District at 312 Shady Grove as required by Ordinance No. 1988, as amended.
WHEREAS, after notice had been published for the time and in the manner as
provided by Ordinance No. 1988, as amended, the matter wvs- heard by the City Planning
Commission on Wednesday, January 27, 2021, and the Planidng Commission
recommended approval of a Special Use Permit, with conditions, for a Greenhouse in R-2
Low Density Residential District at 312 Shady Grove.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The following described property, to wit:
312 Shady Grove
West Memphis, AR
and the same hereby is granted a Special Use Permit allowing a Greenhouse in R-2 Low
Density Residential District at 312 Shady Grove,'subject to the following conditions:
1. Proper execution of all Certificates;
2. Installation of grading and drainage improvements as required by the City
Engineer;
3. Approval of the improvement plans by the West Memphis Utility Department, as
to easements;
4. Installation of storm water management requirements and other improvements, as
required by the City Engineer.
SECTION II: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
