A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE A THREE PERCENT (3%) PAY RAISE TO
CITY EMPLOYEES, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that all current full-time, non-elected City of
West Memphis employees who were employed by the City of West Memphis as of January 1,
2006, be granted a three percent (3%) pay raise, retroactive to January 1, 2006; and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that all full-time, non-elected City of West

Memphis employees employed after January 1, 2006^be granted a three percent (3%) pay raise to
become effective upon the passage and approval of this resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: A three percent (3%) pay raise is hereby approved and granted for all
current full-time, non-elected City of West Memphis employees who were employed by the City
of West Memphis as of January 1, 2006, and such pay raise shall be retroactive to January 1,
2006.
SECTION 2: A three percent (3%) pay raise is hereby approved and granted for all full-
time, non-elected City of West Memphis employees who were employed after January 1, 2006,
