A RESOLUTION TO DISTRIBUTE SOUTHLAND CASINO RACING
"CHARITY DAY" PROCEEDS BY ELECTED OFFICIALS MAYOR/CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS AS PROVIDED BY LAW AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Rest '.Memphis receives proceeds Isom Southland Casino
Racing "Charity Day" to be disu-ibuted: and
WHEREAS, the Cit% Council of the Cit% of Rest Memphis desires to divide the
uncashed ticket proceeds equally among, all 10 elected cit%-council members and the mayor to
distribute in accordance with A.C.A. 23-111-i09(A)(3)(( ) (3):
