A RESOLUTION REGULATING THE ZONING
AUTHORITY AND EXTRATERRITORIAL
JURISDICTION BOUNDARIES FOR THE CITY
OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the West Memphis Planning Commission, upon due notice and
publication held a public hearing on Apri125, 2001 and subsequently recommended
approval to the West Memphis City Council to adopt the zoning authority and
extraterritorial jurisdiction boundaries for the City of West Memphis and its environs:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, that the zoning authority and extraterritorial
jurisdiction boundaries as prepared, approved and certified by the West Memphis Planning
Commission be, and hereby are, adopted and a copy of said zoning authority and
extraterritorial jurisdiction boundaries shall be filed with the West Memphis City Clerk and
the Crittenden County Recorder.
